I have never had a photoshoot before, What can I expect to happen?
Its a common question, you might be nervous about your first shoot, whether its at your residence/home or at the studio you can rest assured you are in good hands with an experienced and friendly easy to get along with photographer. The first thing that takes place is a meeting to discuss the nature of the shots you are after, if you are able to reference some of the shots on the site that will help a lot. If you are after a Studio shoot you will be met at a public place to discuss the details, if you are after a shoot at your home or residence than a meeting there will take place, this will also give the photographer an idea of what shots are possible and what won't be. |

Studio
You will need to arrive on time, this is to maximise your time in front of the camera and the amount of shots that can be taken, please note that its advisable to have about 5 changes of clothes, make-up, straighteners etc on you. From experience we can tell you that things like changing of clothes, adjusting make-up or straightening hair etc does take up more time than you might expect, so our minimum studio time is 3 hours and you will find that it does pass quickly. |

Home/Residence
Our photographer will arrive on time so please be ready when he arrives, again this is to maximise the amount of shots that can be taken. As with the studio, its best to have all your essentials handy, changes of outfits/clothes, makeup, straighteners etc. Shoots in the home are taken with a professional Digital SLR Camera with various lenses and a single Flash head. The rooms lighting will be used as well as any natural light. This will produce a natural look that is typical with Home/Residence shoots.
All in all, you can expect your time in front of the camera to be enjoyable, productive and the best brought out of you. |
